Cooking

This week we are dealing with a unit called FOOD. So, this weekend students are going to cook a recipe at home and on Monday they need to bring a list of ingredients used and a photo. Next week I will post it for you. Meanwhile I will leave you my recipe.

STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
  • 1 vanilla soy yogurt
  • 6 strawberries
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract (teaspoon)
Utensils:
  • blender (you'll need help from your adult assistant)
  • measuring cups
  • measuring spoons
Directions:
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.


You, children will need an adult for cooking this recipe, but for eating, it's up to you.

This recipe is lactose free.
